The Fountain Pen Day 2012 journals cost USD$30, shipping is separate and varies depending on what country they are being shipped to.
All writing papers are FP friendly (whether thick or thin paper) as evidenced by the  ink test page  and  colophon page.
The papers provided are usually 120g to 135g in grammage. (normal copier paper is 80g)
Total of 112 writing pages in a journal.
